MRA Vario-Touringscreens

The new generation of wind protection from MRA

Almost every motorcyclist knows the problem:   wind pressure, turbulence and wind noise.
Very few people like it.   The question is which is the lesser of the evils, wind pressure
or turbulence.   Reduced wind pressure often means heavy turbulence or wind noise.

MRA has developed a new generation of screens to solve the apparently contradictory problems
wind pressure and turbulence, the Vario-Touringscreen.

What is so special about this new screen is the spoiler, which can be adjusted to any of the seven
positions depending on the rider's specific requirements. Because the spoiler sits on the screen,
the air-flow is fanned out and becomes virtually turbulence free. This diffuser effect is increased
by putting the spoiler on end because the angle and the distances are increased at the same time.
This technique makes the air-flow in such a way that it is possible to have a good relaxed ride
at high speeds for long stretches.

The pillion passenger benefits from the improved air-flow and can influence the position of the spoiler.
